When you download the app to your devices, you can create an account by using your email. Once it has been installed, an authentication code is sent to you shortly via your email.
Step 3: Purchase a Sneaker
Buy your Sneaker from the Marketplace. Sneakers are the first item that users must purchase to begin running.

Key Features
To start earning through StepFun users equip themselves with NFTs in the form of Sneakers. By walking, jogging, or running outdoors, users will earn game currency, which can either be used in-game or cashed out for profit.
There are currently five different game modes:
- Solo Mode: Where players can earn $GOLD tokens by moving. The amount of $GOLD that they earn will depend on the duration of their movement, speed of the movement, and the efficiency of the sneakers.
- Team Mode: Players can invite or join the move with friends, family or new friends through the invite link, this mode helps to connect people to create fun in practice.
- Marathon Mode: Throughout the year, there will be major seasonal tournaments as well as major annual events. A leaderboard will record player achievements and active rewards. The more tokens you receive, and the more popular you are in the community, the higher your rank.
- Workout: In addition to daily tasks such as running, burning tokens, and opening boxes, StepFun will give you special challenges. Accompanying those challenges are gifts of extremely high value that you will not expect.
- Club & Team Tournaments: Users pay a fee to open a club, then the club grows with more members, a club of up to 50 people. The creation of clubs will help people engage in communities and motivate each other.
Energy System
Players can earn $GOLD only for a limited amount of time.
Default Energy is stat is 2 (For 1 Sneaker). The maximum energy per user is 20. The starting point for Energy regeneration is 0 hours, there are 4 Energy regeneration milestones each day.
