By integrating with Chainkink, HotoDoge now has access to a tamper-proof and auditable source of randomness. It needed to help fairly pick two winners. Ultimately this creates a more exciting and transparent user experience. As users have high assurances of a fair winner selection process.

HotoDoge is a gamified NFT project, providing a platform for fans to feel the joy of winning the World Cup like a player would by being involved in HotoDoge NFT Champion Games.

Here’s how it works:

HotoDoge is an NFT collection that contains 9,600 randomly-generated NFTs on the Polygon blockchain, representing 200 unique hand-drawn traits. All HotoDoges have a rich variety of outfits, faces, hats, and colors.

HotoDoge Gameplay Modes:

Champion Game

Each HotoDoge NFT corresponds to a World Cup team. When the World Cup winner is known, the holder of the championship team’s NFT will receive a combined 50% of the prize pool, estimated to be around 160+ ETH each.

In addition, there is a special prize. Two holders holding the NFT of the championship team will be randomly selected to share the other 50% of the total bonus pool.

HotoDoge Evolution

Every HotoDoge NFT has a basic trait that belongs to a specific national team in the World Cup. Each time a team wins a game, the NFT holders of the team will receive an airdrop. Your HotoDoge will also evolve into a more advanced and sophisticated version.

In order to help select two HotoDoge Championship NFT holders, they needed access to a secure random number generator (RNG) that any user could independently audit.
