KILT has launched five applications since they’ve launched and has multiple live integrations and integrators. KILT is a parachain on Kusama launched in 2021 with a blockchain specialized for revocable, anonymous, and decentralized identifiers (a unique set of characters representing your identity, like your digital fingerprint).

The possibilities are endless for combining decentralized identifiers and metaverses. Age-restricted content, gaming achievements, reputation systems, on-chain social profiles and more will be explored via upcoming Moonsama product releases.

Moonsama will also look at integrating AssetDIDs; a new type of identifier that can be used with multiple asset classes from fungible and non-fungible assets like NFTs. AssetDIDs add an extra layer of security and can be particularly useful to address ownership and counterfeit issues for digital assets.

Your SocialKYC credential is linked to your decentralized identifier. So in their case instead of always using a centralized log in for their multiverse bridge, you now have an option to do it via your own SocialKYC credential after linking it with your Moonsama account. This also removes the middleman risk, for example, if the email’s login portal is compromised.

SocialKYC forgets about the user and its credential once the credential has been issued. Your personal data is not stored, siloed or shared when using SocialKYC. Solving one of the biggest problems with Web2-based gaming platforms.

Moonsama users who utilise KILT to access the multiverse bridge before August 1st 2022 will receive an equipable NFT skin designed by our Art Director Justine Cruz.

Moonsama integrates Talisman desktop wallet into the Moonsama marketplace.

Moonsama users can now use a Polkadot-focused desktop wallet which also supports EVM applications instead of Metamask. An important step as we prepare to launch multi-chain utility between Polkadot and Kusama parachains.
