Blockchain-based risk management protocols are heavily constrained by a shortage of available underwriting capital. Risk Harbor Core V2 solves the problem of insufficient underwriting capital using vaults. Alongside vaults, they developed an Automated Market Maker (AMM) tailored to risk management marketplaces. The AMM understands risk programmatically and prices protection accordingly. The AMM also allows the vault to enter leveraged positions, which is the fundamental pillar of generating competitive rewards for users providing capital. And now announcing RiskHarbor CoreV2 Live on Fantom.

Some of the new features being released include but are not limited to Levered Vaults, Automated Market Maker (AMM), Risk Engine, and much more.

Day 1 Launch

Risk Harbor Core V2 will launch with its first Fantom Vault, Core Vault 3. To begin with, the Core Vault 3 will support protection for the following protocols and pools:

1. Geist — gUSDC
2. Geist — gfUSDT
3. Geist — gDAI
4. Hundred — USDC
5. Yearn — yvDAI

Users can purchase protection on any of the pools in Core Vault 3. Please note that the duration for current policies available is roughly three months. Users are able to purchase unlimited amounts of protection as many times as they would like as long as they are willing to pay the premiums and the vault has capacity.

Underwriters in Risk Harbor V2 underwrite every protocol in the vault. Each vault has its own Risk Aversion parameter which governs how willing the vault is to enter leverage and take on additional risks.
