How to start staking?

   — Connect wallet
   — When you’ve successfully connected your wallet, you should be able to see your BNB number in the upper right corner of the web page.
2. Next, you can select the token that you want to Stake (Stake $CTN to earn $POT)
   — Click the ➕ icon to stake your tokens
   — Select the number of tokens you want to stake and then click on Confirm when you are ready to lock in your amount with your Metamask wallet.
3.  To withdraw tokens, simply click ➖ to select the amount that you want to withdraw and then confirm in your Metamask wallet

If you click on the MAX button, you can withdraw all of your tokens and earnings at the same time.
