They have been building Dfyn V2 in stealth mode for over 6 months and now after months of iteration and development we are finally just weeks away from releasing it. Dfyn V2 is a complete reorganisation of our technical infrastructure meant to address past shortcomings and introduce a plethora of new features and options.

However, we are cognizant of the fact that adoption is just as important as development, when it comes to the ultimate success of such structural reorientations. Hence, in an effort to increase adoption and add a new dimension of purposeful engagement, we are introducing:

With this campaign we have essentially gamified almost every form of engagement with Dfyn V2 testnet. Whenever you successfully complete a task, you will be awarded some points.

As the difficulty of the tasks increase, so does the number of points accrued to your name.

Here are some additional pointers:

1. A user with more than or equal to 1600 points at the end of the tournament will get 1 $DFYN token for every 2 points earned.
2. A user with less than 1600 points at the end of the tournament will get 1 $DFYN token for every 3 points earned.
3. Users who complete all 8 tasks on all 12 days will get additional 2500 $DFYN tokens.
4. Top 1000 users in the leaderboard will be eligible for these rewards. In the event of a tie, the user achieving the end score first will be eligible for the reward.
5. UTC time will be applied to the competition.

Dfyn has integrated Router’s widget into its platform. This integration effectively makes Dfyn a cross-chain DEX. You can now use Dfyn as an entry and exit point to and from other chains and trade across multiple chains directly from Dfyn’s UI. After a period of ideation, iteration, and due diligence, Dfyn released the Roadmap for Dfyn v2 on April 26th. And now announcing Dfyn Exchange is now a Cross-Chain DEX.

A key milestone on the roadmap has always been making Dfyn a truly cross-agnostic DEX. Router widget integration makes this possible and opens up accessibility for users outside Polygon and Fantom. Users on Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Fantom, Polygon, Optimism, and Avalanche. And soon the users on Cronos, Harmony, and Aurora, can now instantly and securely execute cross-chain swaps/transfers on Dfyn.

Quick step-by-step tutorial on how to conduct cross-chain swap/transfer using the Router widget on Dfyn

1: Navigate to https://exchange.dfyn.network/#/crosschainswap

2: Select the source and the destination chain.

3: Select fee token.

A unique feature of Router Widget is that it lets users choose which token they would like to use to pay the transaction fees. Current options are USDC, DFYN, ROUTE, and the chain’s native gas token (AVAX on Avalanche, MATIC on Polygon, etc.).

Important notes:

• • Users will receive a 50% discount on fees paid in $ROUTE tokens and a 20% discount on fees paid in $DFYN tokens.
  • Ensure that you have a sufficient amount of the chosen fee token in your wallet to pay for the transaction fees.

4: Select the asset you wish to bridge from any chain.

5: Enter the number of tokens you wish to transfer.

6: Once the pathfinder is done estimating the number of tokens to be received on the destination chain, click on “Swap”.

7: After approving the tokens successfully, you will be asked to confirm the swap. Router Protocol’s swapping engine will now conduct your cross-chain swap.

8: Just to be safe, you should always confirm the status of the transaction from your wallet once you get the acknowledgment that the swap is complete on Dfyn.
