This collaboration aims to introduce a cross-chain Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) launchpad that will transform and open Genius X token sales service to e.g. Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum-based projects. The first blockchain, that will be introduced with this partnership, is Arbitrum.

Kaizen.Finance is revolutionizing token offerings with its cross-chain token lifecycle management platform. Through this innovative platform, projects and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) can securely generate, issue, and also manage their token offerings without requiring any internal development resources. As announced previously, Genius X has become blockchain agnostic, meaning that its services are not limited to a single blockchain. With this partnership, Genius X will be able to offer its launchpad services to EVM-based startups as well.

Genius X Launchpad for EVM-based startups

As part of this partnership, Genius X will collaborate with Kaizen.Finance on a joint platform for running public sales of tokens for any EVM-based projects (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and others), approved by the Genius X team. The first blockchain, that will be introduced with this partnership, is Arbitrum.

Participants will have the flexibility to deposit USDC, or other Arbitrum tokens of their choice, to participate in the token sales, which can be based on fixed prices or fair auctions, determined by the deposited amount.

As security matters are of the utmost importance both for Kaizen and Genius X, the launchpad operations for token sales will be handled by a smart contract, ensuring fully secure and decentralized funds collection and distribution. Moreover, the launchpad will handle the mandatory Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) screening, ensuring regulatory compliance. The offering will be also supplemented with staking vaults for Initial DEX Offering (IDO) tokens.

The launchpad will be released in June 2023, and available through the official Genius X webpage.

The first token, launched through this joint launchpad, will be $GENSX — a native token of the Genius X platform.

Maestro is one of Genius X’s partner projects and is an Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform that simplifies complexities associated with the Extended Unspent Transaction Output (EUTxO) architecture of the Cardano blockchain. Using Maestro’s services, dApp developers can build, deploy and scale their dApps safely and quickly.

Genius X has partnered with over a dozen Cardano projects, actively providing code auditing, legal, marketing, and technical assistance. By partnering with Maestro, Genius X can now additionally assist approved startups by providing access to a suite of tools and services to help them fundraise and launch dApps on Cardano.

Maestro and Genius X Collaboration

Genius X collaboration with Maestro provides an option for projects to raise funds through Maestro’s Initial Stake Pool Offering (ISPO) Deployment Platform and receive more exposure from the ISPO marketplace. ADA holders don’t have to shuffle through tabs, searching for potent Cardano projects to invest in. Instead, the Maestro Marketplace and dashboard is a primary source of information for completed, active, and upcoming ISPOs.

Following the expansion of its partnership with Genius X, Maestro will now provide additional services, besides the ISPO Deployment platform, to partners under the business accelerator program. Projects will also access blockchain developer tools for building and scaling dApps on Cardano. These tools include powerful sets of APIs to interact with smart contracts, wallets and the blockchain. Developers will gain access to indexed blockchain historical data and live tracking of on-chain activity, such as transactions and UTxO creation. Maestro’s dApp Composer will also provide fully managed whitelabel dApps, such as NFT minting, token distribution and crypto payments. These can be easily integrated into any website to supercharge your application with Web3 features.

Furthermore, the current Genius X partnership with Maestro is a big success. Maestro was in charge of the successful Genius Yield ISPO and is currently managing the Genius X ISPO that will end on September 12, 2022 (Epoch 363). Iagon, one of Genius X’s approved projects building a regulatory compliant and shared storage economy, and SCAT DAO (a Decentralized Autonomous Organization that reinvents the way audits are selected, performed and financed) also leverage Maestro’s ISPO Deployment Platform in its ongoing crowdfunding.

Partnership Expansion

Expanding the existing partnership with Maestro represents a natural step toward fulfilling Genius X’s mission of fostering innovation and development in the rapidly growing Cardano ecosystem. Maestro developer tools and services will be critical for projects part of the accelerator program, especially once Cardano upgrades via the Vasil hard fork, improving network performance and scalability. By the early second half of 2022, over 1,000 projects were building on Cardano, some under Genius X.
