LABS will utilize IQ Protocol’s NFT renting technology in two key ways.

In the first instance, IQ Protocol will be used to help customers purchase their timeshare NFTs over a longer period, instead of a single lump sum. For instance, an initial 20% would unlock the wrapped NFT with monthly payments maintaining its possession until the full amount is paid.

Secondly, each NFT will represent a certain number of days per year the holder can use a property. The holder will be able to rent out days of their timeshare to other users peer-to-peer.
