Aries Markets Mainnet is Live!

The Mindful Journey

To get to today, we’ve gone through months of building and iteration, followed by the unveiling of our Aries Markets devnet in batches, in order to test each set of improvements in controlled environments before shipping the next.

In similar fashion, they’d like to take an iterative approach to our launch. Aries Markets will be doing a ‘soft launch’ with some training wheels (elaborated further below), keeping in mind the nascence of the Aptos network and the inherent risks of DeFi.

Security is of prime consideration at Aries Markets. They have gone through both internal and external security audits, and will be publishing a detailed article of the reports soon.

Aries Markets Training Wheels

The initial launch of Aries Markets will include the following features: Lending & Borrowing, Swap and our Global Account Management. (Note: Our trading feature will not be live immediately!)

Initial Asset Listing

Below is an initial list of assets that Aries Markets will be supporting upon launch.

• USDC (Wormhole Bridge)
• zUSDC (LayerZero)
• APT
• SOL

Aries will continue to list a wider range of assets which are secure and have stable depth of liquidity.

The Aries Swap feature will enable you to swap across assets that are listed. However, do note that liquidity for each pair varies, and one should always account for slippage and price impact!

Pool Limits

Upon launch, Aries Markets will also have a cap on total deposits for each of markets. The deposit limit of each asset pool is dictated below:

• 4,000,000 USDC (Wormhole Bridge)
• 4,000,000 zUSDC (LayerZero)
• 500,000 APT
• 10,000 SOL
