Ripple Labs Rakes Another Victory

Victory after victory for the Ripple Labs.

Fresh from the recent success of supressing the SEC petition to disclose personal financial report of Ripple executives comes another victory for the embattled company.

A Delaware court ruled in favor of the Ripple Labs against its former investor, Tetragon Financial Group.

The court has ordered Tetragon Financial to pay the Ripple Labs $3.46 Million in legal fees.

This is in accordance of the failed charges filed by Tetragon to the Ripple Labs for allegedly selling unregistered XRP tokens after SEC lawsuit last December.

With the recent victories, Ripple executives Brad Garlinghouse and Chris Larsen has filed a motion to dismiss the SEC lawsuit.

This new filing will hopefully put an end on the ongoing lawsuit that has challenged the Ripple Network.
