Binance Launches Stock Tokens
Stock tokens comes to Binance.
Leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance launches stocks tokens of popular companies MicroStrategy(MSTR) , Apple(AAPL) and Microsoft(MSFT).
The stock tokens are fully backed by a depository portfolio of underlying securities held by CM-Equity AG, Germany (“CM-E”).
Every stock tokens are equal to one ordinary share of the relevant stock. Holders can also qualify for underlying shares and dividends.
Trading of stock tokens will start today at 1:30 PM (UTC) and follows the traditional exchange hours.
Interested traders need to complete KYC and trading is only allowed on the qualified jurisdictions approved by the CME.
