Investment App CoinSeed Served With A Lawsuit

Protecting the investors.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction to prevent investment app CoinSeed to move funds.

The complaint follows previous filing last February where the NYAG office has received more than 130 complaints against the company.

The filing coincides with the Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit  for unregistered CSD offerring of almost $140,000 from investors.
