C.R.E.A.M. Finance Protocol-to-Protocol Lending on BSC

Cream Finance introduced it’s protocol-to-protocol lending feature on #BinanceSmartChain to make it possible for ‘whitelisted’ protocols to access zero-collateral borrowing.
After a protocol is whitelisted, and a credit limit set, it can begin borrowing funds directly from C.R.E.A.M. BSC with no collateral.
At launch, C.R.E.A.M. protocol-to-protocol lending on BSC will support three partners:
- Yearn’s ape.tax
- Alpha Homora v2
- C.R.E.A.M. Finance’s BSC validator
For now, they will focus on working in close collaboration with Yearn and Alpha Finance and will look to new whitelisted partners in the future.
It’s important to note, credit limit for a whitelisted protocol on C.R.E.A.M. BSC is determined by individual asset amount, not total assets. For example, in Iron Bank we give Yearn $3M credit limit, meaning they can borrow any token in Iron Bank sums up to $3M; however, on BSC we give them a limit to borrow $1M of Token X. C.R.E.A.M. will set credit limits on each whitelisted protocol to better manage risk.
What is C.R.E.A.M. Finance?
C.R.E.A.M. Finance is a decentralized lending protocol for individual and institutional access to financial services. It is a permissionless and blockchain agnostic protocol existing on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain and Fantom.
