InvestDex Upcoming Initial Dex Offering
First Crypto Workstation, manage crypto assets with a focus on the DeFi space, InvestDEX will be having an intial dex offering this coming 14th June 2021. The event will be hosted by Tosdis Finance via its incubator TOSLABS Launchpad.
Tiers for DIS Holders
- VIP Tier
This includes participants holding at least 100 $DIS tokens in their appointed wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes $DIS tokens that are staked in the $DIS pools or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. There will be a guaranteed allocation for VIP members with a weighting of 30.
- Public Tier
This includes participants holding less than 10 DIS (or 0 DIS) in their appointed wallet (exchanges excluded), and which also includes $DIS tokens that are staked in the $DIS pools or staked LP tokens on the DIS-ETH and DIS-BNB pools. These members will be eligible to participate on a first-come-first-serve basis with a weighting of 20.
Snapshot Details
In order to determine the tiers a snapshot will be taken on June 12th, 2021 at 6PM UTC. This snapshot will include all tokens held on a user’s wallet (one address that is subjected to KYC formalities) and will include all (staked or farming) $DIS (LP) tokens (on the Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain).
“As stated in the InvestDex’s whitelist form, investors from restricted jurisdictions can’t participate in this IDO and people will need to pass the necessary KYC formalities.”
In order to combat potential congestion problems on the Ethereum Network and the correlated gas fees, the IDO will be conducted solely on the BSC chain and Tosdis recommend new users, who want to participate in the IDO and want to enjoy certain benefits, to buy $DIS tokens on PancakeSwap before filling in the forms and keep holding them in their appointed BSC Wallet.
