Opium is looking for an Executive Assistant to help their CEO and founder with scheduling, and planning, and other everyday tasks. This person will work closely with the team management and report directly to the CEO. The job is remote part-time (possibly full-time depends on the workload).

• Manage the CEO’s calendar both externally and within the team.
• Coordinate CEO’s travel and accommodations.
• Organize and execute special tasks as needed such as team retreats, event logistics, office management, office studio needs, etc.
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
• Manage expense reports and invoices for the CEO and team.
