Binance is a cryptocurrency exchange that provides a platform for trading various cryptocurrencies. It was founded in 2017 and is domiciled in the Cayman Islands. Binance is currently the largest exchange in the world in terms of daily trading volume.

Changpeng Zhao, who goes by CZ, is founder and CEO of Binance, a cryptocurrency exchange that became the largest on the planet in just under 180 days. The Chinese-Canadian coder cut his teeth building high-frequency trading systems for Wall Street’s flash boys.
Recently the world’s largrst exchange announced that its 16th quarterly token burn has been completed. The company burns 1,296,728 $BNB coin (roughly $393,673,653.52 equivalent). The latest quarterly burn includes the actual burning of 1,291,565 BNB, plus an additional 5,163 BNB that was effectively burned via the Pioneer Burn Program.
The remaining locked team BNB are now unlocked and have been moved to the team address. The Binance team has never used or sold a single BNB from the team allocation so far, other than burning.
