Cartesi Launches Bug Bounty Program With Immunefi
Cartesi is a layer-2 platform for the development and deployment of scalable decentralized applications. Cartesi DApps are composed of both blockchain and off-chain components. Off-chain components run inside Cartesi Nodes that represent the interests of each DApp user.
The platform has announced Bug Bounty Program with Immunefi a crypto startup that helps DeFi protocols. Through Immunefi, Cartesi’s critical bug bounty reward is up to $500,000 to find bugs to keep the platform’s code reliable for all users — additional rewards are also available to earn in the program.

This bug bounty program is focused on their smart contracts and app and is focused on preventing:
- Thefts and freezing of principal of any amount
- Thefts and freezing of unclaimed yield of any amount
- Governance activity disruption
- Website goes down
- Leak of user data
- Access to sensitive pages without authorization
