Yeti Finance partnership with Colony Lab
Yeti Finance delighted to announce an official partnership with Colony Lab, Avalanche’s Leading Community-Driven Accelerator.
Colony Labs deploys capital within the Avalanche ecosystem through liquidity providing, yield-farming, investing, and building an Index position of top Avalanche projects.
Value generated by Colony’s investments and liquidity provision activities is routed back to the Colony community through airdrops, buyback mechanisms, and staking rewards.
The Partnership
Yeti meets Colony Lab
Colony will partner and support Yeti Finance at launch and beyond through depositing its assets on Yeti Finance, building leverage on key positions, and liquidity providing for Yeti’s native stablecoin, YUSD, on Curve.
This is part of Colony’s Liquidity Provider Program: where Colony helps key Avalanche protocols maintain high liquidity, while maximizing and distributing yields back to Colony stakers.
As a result, Colony plans work with Yeti Finance’s in three key aspects:
1. Leverage up on Colony’s yield-bearing stablecoins positions to maximize yield on capital not deployed in Avalanche projects.
2. Build leverage for Colony’s Avalanche Ecosystem Index (CAI)
3. Liquidity provide for YUSD on Curve
The Colony community will benefit through receiving high, capital efficient yields from leveraged stablecoin farming and liquidity providing.
As both projects mature, more and more use cases will be supported. They have confidence that our long-term partnership with Colony Lab will help further cement Yeti Finance’s goal of becoming Avalanche’s premier stablecoin and borrowing protocol.
