Torum Official NeW Support System
To better serve the community, the Torum team has decided to implement a new support system with greater efficiency and flexibility to the support personnel and community.
Support Channels
As there are many alternatives for one to reach out to the official support personnel of Torum (which can be confusing), the following channels, from now on, will be used for the community to get proper support and assistance:

Recommended queries: Phone number change, email address change, account deletion - Telegram: reach out for assistance from the following official Telegram admins
Recommended queries: account verification, bug report - Discord Ticketing System (New): ticketing system (with the help of Bot) will be implemented for a faster response rate and better support experience.
Recommended queries: mission unfreeze, account unban, withdrawal issue
The Discord Ticketing System is a bot-enabled mechanism that allows private conversation for support directly between the support team and the community who is looking for help.
With this new system, the team hopes that everyone will be able to receive the best support experience with the quickest response rate from Torum.
