GuildFi collaboration with Ascenders

Ascenders is a sci-fantasy open world action RPG, accompanied by a fully decentralised player driven economy, powered by Avalanche. Ascenders combines two well-established games, in “Zelda: A Breath of the Wild” with “Eve: Online” to craft a game with a glorious overworld and a well-designed MMO economy.

Pick Your Poison: Fighter, Builder or Explorer, or all?

There are a multitude of key components to Ascenders, that being Open Exploration, Dungeon Clearing and City Building.

Open Exploration is where players can freely explore to find new lands, hidden dungeons and rare resources.
Dungeon Clearing occurs due to lands being filled with enemies. Players go and clear out the land to earn various rewards by battling these enemies, so that communities can begin construction.
City Building is as simple as it sounds. There are crucial aspects to the metagame which must be accompanied by different infrastructure. Examples of these include Silos, Armorsmiths, Hospitals and Guildhalls, which all have various utilities

As there are various key components to the metagame, it gives rise to three different professions: Fighter, Builder and Explorer. Explorers are those that focus on Open Exploration, Builders are those that focus on City Building, and Fighters are those that focus on Dungeon Clearing. Ascender’s economy is dynamic because Fighter, Builder and Explorer will work and trade with each other in order to craft and build NFTs such as swords, helmets and buildings. Players can choose to go with one profession, or do all, depending on their desires.
