Aurora NFT — Official Launch
Aurora NFT has officially launched on the Avalanche mainnet (c-chain). The pre-sale is planned for the 16th of April and it will be donating 5% of all proceeds towards helping Ukraine!
Aurora NFT is a utility-focused platform running on the Avalanche c-chain which allows game game developers to easily create and manage game inventories. It is built on top of the popular ERC-1155 standard and supports creating multiple in-game currencies and items. The goal of the Aurora platform is to create as much utility and revenue streams as possible. These revenue streams are used to pay out stakers so they can earn passive income. As of now, Aurora boasts two organic revenue streams:
- A fee has to be paid in Aurora when creating an inventory. Requiring the fee to be paid in Aurora drives up demand and incentivizes to buy and hold Aurora, as there is only a limited amount available. 5% of this fee is permanently burned in order to reduce the total supply and 5% is distributed as dividends. The other part of this fee is used for token buybacks & burns to increase demand.
- On each regular transaction, this same fee has to be paid (5% burn, 5% stakers). We do this to reward long-term holders and tax short term transactions.
The Aurora token is at the center of the Aurora platform. It can be staked and is used in all Aurora dApps, such as the IMS (inventory-management system). All revenue streams generated within Aurora use the Aurora token and are paid out to the stakers. The token is deflationary by nature (5% deflation on each transaction) and the smart contract does not have a minting function. They have implemented deflation as an additional way to reward its long-term holders (as each token will increase in value over time). At the time of writing, the Aurora token is not yet available, but will be for sale during our pre-sale on the 16th of April.
Aurora plan to add additional revenue streams such as a Metaverse projects hub/platform with launchpad, a way to manage NFT-inventories and a mobile app. The team is always exploring new means to generate organic revenue and create utility to reward our holders. They aim is to be one of the top-platforms in the NFT space, boasting multiple organic revenue streams.
