Age of Tanks has announced a partnership with Metalands, a free-to-play blockchain and able first-person shooter metaverse with Play-to-Earn features.

The partnership with Metalands is another important feat for Age of Tanks as they step closer to connecting metaverses, and in this virtual reality (VR) environment with augmented reality (AR), social media, online gaming, and blockchain elements, everything will be connected.

About Metalands

Metalands is action-packed gameplay with earning mechanism. Players can earn loot, blueprints, crafting fuels, and in-game currencies while engaging in multiplayer and single-player game modes. They can also sell crafted items to other players or use them to enhance the gaming experience.

Unlike other P2E games, Metalands provides players with many ways to earn while interacting with gameplay activities, such as bunker monetization.

Gamers can experience trading content such as weapon skins, character outfits, and many other in-game items.

Metalands rewards players for the time spent playing the game and their contribution to project development.

An action-packed shooter game that enables players to collect resources from gameplay, build their bunker from scratch, and manage content from within their bunker. Resources are earned in the form of mystical objects which are then exchanged for chests containing different items.

Blockchain-Enabled Player-owned Economy

Shooter game entirely backed by blockchain for a complete player-owned economy. All weapons, in-bunker items, weapon skins, character outfits, and other airdropped items, are non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that can be withdrawn, staked, gifted, and traded on the secondary marketplace. NFTs can also be used as collateral on decentralized finance protocol.

In Metalands, digital ownership enables full ownership of assets.

Age of Tanks has a dynamic campaign progression and leveling system that rewards players as they progress through the game. Players can keep earning more XP to increase their CHAMPION Level in advancing through the different stages of the campaign.

Gamers can choose to sell parts they have obtained or assemble 4 separate parts into a super tank for conquest and conquer. There are different skills available for every part, with some having special bonus attributes to unleash on the battlefield, thus allowing for infinite strategic possibilities. Tanks, after being assembled, will be minted to actual NFTs and can be traded in the NFT marketplace.
