MathWallet now supports BAS Testnet

Published on: 23.05.2022

MathWallet now supports BAS Testnet – BAS is a framework for creating sidechains in the BSC ecosystem.

In other words, it’s an infrastructure to help developers and node operators build and run their own blockchains as their internal value system and for a massive number of users while still maintaining a close connection with BNB Chain (BSC). The main BAS task is to allow any developer to raise their blockchain in a matter of hours, with its unique specifications and validator set. Such blockchain, out-of-the-box, can be connected to the BSC infrastructure. And now announcing MathWallet now supports BAS Testnet.

User Guide

First, install the MathWallet5 version from https://mathwallet.org. On the chain list click + button at bottom, and open BAS Testnet

Secondly, on the chain list find the BAS Testnet network and add a new wallet (you can import existing wallets from other chain as well). Then you will able to receive and send tokens and NFTs on BAS Testnet. You can search and add assets to your wallet as well. Go to ‘Browser’ dapp, and you can start using dapps on BAS. On desktop, you can also find the BAS Testnet web wallet. https://mathwallet.org/evm/#/bastestnet

About BNBChain

BNB Chain, one of the most popular blockchains in the world, dedicates to delivering its core infrastructure necessary for future public adoption, and always remains as a community-first and open-source ecosystem built on a permissionless and decentralized environment.

Binance Chain and Binance Smart Chain have formed together as BNB Chain since February 15, 2022. BNB Chain comprises BNB Beacon Chain (previously Binance Chain) and BNB Smart Chain (previously Binance Smart Chain). While BNB (formerly called “Binance Coin”) has also been renamed as “Build and Build.” The name change is not merely for welcoming the crypto world with more than 1 billion users but also to strengthen the delivery of the core infrastructure necessary for future public adoption and, most importantly, to build a better ecosystem for embracing the MetaFi.

MetaFi is a concept that provides advanced and sophisticated DeFi Infra to all the different types of projects such as metaverse, GameFi, SocialFi, Web3, and NFTs and puts them under one umbrella – MetaFi.
