DFSocial Gaming Integrates With Chainlink VRF
Decentralized Finance video game platform specializing in tournaments to reward users of the platform in cryptocurrency, DFSocial Gaming announced integration with Chainlink VRF.
DFS integrated Chainlink VRF to expand its ecosystem on Binance Smart Chain, enabling new types of assets and applications in the platform based on provably fair randomness, such as dynamic NFTs, giveaways, and mystery boxes. They are also looking to use Chainlink to bring other types of data on-chain, including gaming data for various results and statistics.

Chainlink VRF ensures that oracle operators, miners, users, and even DFSocial developers cannot manipulate the results for personal gain, or any other reasons.
DFSocial Will Leverage Chainlink VRF To:
- Vastly Improve Security/Stability — To prevent randomness from being tampered with by miners or RNG data providers for financial gain or other nefarious reasons. Chainlink VRF provides critical security and transparency to the RNG process, ensuring users can verify that all outcomes produced by it happened exactly as intended.
- Generate Random NFTs — Randomly assigning NFTs their rarity, benefits, and appearance, among other details to ensure each is authentic and unique.
- Giveaways — Giveaways (that will randomly select winners in the community) can be trusted to be 100% randomized, secured, and free from foul play.
