Dapper Labs Successfully Raised $305 Million In The Latest Funding Round

DapperLabs, the Canadian-based blockchain technology behind popular NFT NBA Top Shot secured additional $305 Million funding.

The company now boosts of overall $357 Million in total capital raise that will be essential for expansion of its NFT and blockchain ecosystem.

Leading the funding round are private equity firm Coatue Management, as well as Andreessen Horowitz, the Chernin Group, Union Square Ventures and Venrock.

NBA team owners such as basketball legend Michael Jordan, owner of the Charlotte Hornets, and Vivek Ranadivé of Sacramento Kings also participated in the event.

The NBA Top Shot boosts of 800,000 registered accounts and has sold a whooping $460 Million in sales and 3 Million transactions.
