Fantomdomains launch dates

Theme Fantom domains will be made available through a 3 phase process. The first phase starts with their reservations, after the reservations period there will be an auctions period. Finally when the auctions end, then instant registration phase will commence.

Timelines:

Week 14: Reservations for 1 week, starting from 28 March.
Week 15: Auction 6 and 5 letters
Week 16: Auction 4 and 3 letters
Week 17: Instant registration of remaining domains

Phase 1: Reservations

You can reserve domains for the fixed price of 30 FTM. When you reserve a domain name, it includes the registration fees for 1 year. The reservations phase is 1 week. There are some rules to make it fair:

Reservations for 5 letters and above.
If you made a reservation, but an ENS ETH domain holder claims this name as well, then after review by the FNS team your reservation can be revoked and a refund will be issued, assuming the ENS ETH domain holder made a deposit for the reservation
There is a maximum of 5 reservations per address
A maximum of 1000 reservations can be made during the reservations period. When 1000 reservations are made and deposits are secured, the public reservation period ends
Timeline to start is: March 28th, reservation phase will last for 1 week and the deadline is April 1st
The link to the reservations page will be published on the start date on their official website. Do not fall for any phishing attempts and double check with their team in case of doubt.

Phase 2: Auctions

After the reservation phase, the one-time auctions will start. Everyone can place a bid on a specific name and the winning bidder will take the domain. This will be done on the Artion marketplace. Further details will be released closer to the auction start.

Week 15 :Auction of 5 and 6 characters
Week 16 :Auction of 4 and 3 characters

Phase 3: Instant registrations

After the auctions end, the regular instant registration phase starts in week 17 (subject to change). All 3 and above character .ftm names not claimed during the reservation and auction phases will then become available for instant registration.
