BridgeM partners with MerlinLayer2

BridgeM partners with MerlinLayer2, a native Bitcoin Layer2 powered by Bitmap Tech building upon the native assets, protocols, and products on Bitcoin Layer1. As a bridge between Merlin Chain and Manta Network, BridgeM enhances cross-chain interoperability between Bitcoin assets and EVM-Layer2 assets, optimizes capital utilization, and promotes mutual growth.

Users now have the option to utilize BridgeM for staking to generate earnings on Manta and Merlin. Engaging in $MANTA and $STONE staking on BridgeM enables users to earn M-points from Merlin and vBDGM points from BridgeM. This campaign is an integration of StakeStone, Manta Network, and Merlin Chain.

Rules for Stake to Earn

Users can stake $MANTA and $STONE from Manta Pacific to BridgeM during the campaign to earn M-points from Merlin’s Seal and vBDGM points from BridgeM.
The calculation rules for Merlin’s Seal M-points also apply to $MANTA and $STONE tokens staked through BridgeM.
Users can withdraw staked tokens around the Bitcoin Halving in April, synchronized with Merlin’s Seal timeline.
BridgeM will maintain the authority to issue M assets depending on the staking status and other pertinent factors.

BridgeM is preparing to establish a two-way bridge connecting the Bitcoin and MANTA networks. This bridge will simplify the transfer of Bitcoin ecosystem tokens from Bitcoin to the MANTA network. Not only will this data bridge serve the MANTA network, but it will also extend to other ETH Layer 2 networks in the future, including Arbitrum and Optimism.
