With the integration, Liquality wallet users can now bridge and swap assets across any chains that are supported by both Liquality and LI.FI.

With the LI.FI SDK in place, Liquality is able to broaden its bridging support from one bridge to ten bridges. Via LI.FI, Liquality is adding support for nine extra bridges:

• Connext, Multichain, Hyphen, Across, Polygon PoS, Optimism Bridge, Avalanche Bridge, Arbitrum Bridge, and Optimism Gateway.

Previously, the Hop integration limited Liquality users to bridging five assets across five chains. Furthermore, Liquality will be able to leverage LI.FI DEX integrations, which help with finding liquidity on destination chains for cross-chain swap functionality. With LI.FI, Liquality users now have over 100 different combinations of tokens to move across chains.

How their integration works

When you want to make a swap, Liquality wallet automatically searches for the best rate from our swap providers and presents the results to you.

You can review the quotes by clicking on ‘See all quotes.’ A new page opens with the list of providers and their rates. Now LI.FI is one of these options, and you can select it from the list if it was not automatically chosen.

With LI.FI, you can bridge a huge selection of tokens to and from any LI.FI-supported chains that are available in Liquality Wallet. Using LI.FI DEX integrations, Liquality can increase the liquidity on destination chains for Liquality’s cross-chain swap functionality.

About LIFI Protocol

LI.FI enables cross-chain transfers by aggregating bridges. It will choose the best bridge to swap assets from one chain to another. However, bridges have limited asset options, only offering stablecoins and a few select coins. For this reason, LI.FI has integrations with DEXes on both sides of the bridges (on the source and destination chains) to perform the swap before and after the bridge, increasing the number of assets that can be sent across chains.
