Streamr Network Strategic Partnership With Tapmydata
Streamr is an open source, crowdfunded, decentralized platform for real-time data. The Streamr Network, transports streams of messages from data publishers to subscribers, appearing to the user as a global publish or subscribe messaging service.
Streamr aims to be decentralized and peer-to-peer. Similar to cloud services, users can get on-demand scalability, minimal up-front investment, and benefit from economies of scale
$DATA is the cryptocurrency which powers the Streamr ecosystem in various ways. It is an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain
Streamr recently graciously annouced a strategic partnership with Tapmydata (Tap) a leading mobile app, helping users to take back control of their data. Both projects will prepare an integration that will test how one or more data points from the Tapmydata mobile app could be monetized

The current hope is that the fully integrated monetization feature within the Tapmydata app will be released to its 10,000 users by Q3 of this year.
