Edgeware Has Outlined Their Kusama Parachain Strategy
Edgeware has outlined their Kusama parachain strategy, replacing Hedgeware with a community led project called Kabocha ( $KAB) – a reference to Kusama’s favourite japanese gourd – a PUMPkin.
A Kusama parachain incubated through the efforts of EDG holders.
Kabocha, for EDG holders, is a research laboratory for interoperability and consensus tech in Substrate, governance and funding. It additionally shows that Edgeware teams are able and ready to deploy parachains with DOT auctions upcoming, offers a testing ground for teams on EDG, and provides the EDG treasury with it’s first major asset: significant control of a new token.
The code for Kabocha is based on the repo for Hedgeware.
