Mango Markets integration!
Mango Markets has integrated with Investin, a decentralized fund management protocol, live on Solana and Binance Smart Chain.
Investin is a decentralized fund management protocol that offers an open market place to seasoned traders and prospecting investors to exchange their offering in a trust-less and non-custodial manner.
They always liked the idea of allowing fund managers to margin trade and hedge their downside risks to deliver the full vision of DeFi hedge funds that traders/managers can use in any market conditions. As they completed the uphill task of deploying a fully decentralized fund management architecture on Solana they started exploring the option for margin trading and they are impressed by the APIs exposed by Mango developers. The code base being open source helped us to understand how the protocol works and the core developers were fortunately very approachable all the time and gave them all the support required to integrate their protocol.
For Fund managers
The protocol is non-custodial all assets are stored in contracts on-chain and no one except the investor will be allowed to access their respective invested funds. The address that deployed the fund using the protocol will be the only address allowed to trade using assets sent to their vault.
For Investors
The protocol is designed to make investing experience frictionless and trustworthy for everyone. The assets are stored in a non-custodial way on contracts and the contracts have been designed carefully with no functions that allow anyone except the investor to withdraw their invested assets.
