zkLink Receives Grant to Bring Cross-Chain Liquidity Solutions to Projects on Polygon
Polygon will also provide zkLink with marketing and promotional support, as well as connect the cross-chain DEX with potential investors and partners.
zkLink, a cross-chain decentralized exchange (DEX) based on zero-knowledge technology, today announced it has received a grant from Polygon to bring cross-chain liquidity solutions to both users and dApp builders on the platform.
Through the zkLink SDK, Polygon dApp builders will soon be able to seamlessly power fast, secure transactions without sacrificing liquidity.
As part of the grant, Polygon will provide zkLink with marketing and promotional support, as well as connect the DEX with potential investors and partners. Additionally, zkLink will be able to reach a wider range of users in the Polygon ecosystem to expand its user base for future development.
The grant through Polygon comes on the heels of a $3 million seed round of financing and as zkLink gears up for its mainnet launch to become the first DEX to enable seamless cross-chain swaps across multiple chains, including Polygon, without requiring users to deposit assets on Layer2.
About zkLink
zkLink is a permissionless chain-to-chain DEX based on zero-knowledge technology. By acting as a bridge between isolated chains and Layer2 networks, zkLink makes it possible for native assets in separate ecosystems to interact and pair with each other, giving traders the opportunity to directly swap new unique pairs, such as CAKE/SUSHI, in a safe, fast, and cost-friendly environment.
Developers can also enjoy zkLink’s suite of widgets and SDKs so their users can quickly swap target tokens from anywhere. The security of every token and transaction and the consistency of state roots for each silo are guaranteed with recursive zk-SNARK.

About Polygon
Polygon is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its core component is Polygon SDK, a modular, flexible framework that supports building and connecting Secured Chains like Plasma, Optimistic Rollups, zkRollups, Validium, etc, and Standalone Chains like Polygon POS, designed for flexibility and independence. Polygon’s scaling solutions have seen widespread adoption with 500+ Dapps, ~567M+ txns, and ~6M+ daily txns.
If you’re an Ethereum Developer, you’re already a Polygon developer! Leverage Polygon’s fast and secure txns for your Dapp, get started here.
