Halborn Completes Substrate Audit Of Reef Finance’s Reef Chain
No major security issues identified, all are mitigated by minor upgrades to Reef Chain, or good smart contract & dApp dev processes.
Through a variety of automated and manual testing methods over a three-week period, Halborn’s team identified few security risks and recommended further testing and auditing be completed.
In the end, two Medium severity issues were identified, three Low severity issues, and one Informational. All the issues identified can be mitigated through changes to the code, or good smart contract and dApp development practices. This gave Reef Finance the confidence to roll out the public mainnet and continue to engage with Halborn and other auditors as upgrades are made.
