ArcadeNetwork launching on Polygon to bring interoperability in the Gaming world!
ArcadeNetwork, the world’s first decentralised platform for cross-metaverse asset interoperability, is pleased to announce an alliance with Polygon (Matic), a layer 2 blockchain that will boost the ArcadeNetwork platform’s throughput, scalability, and security. Polygon fits well with all of ArcadeNetwork’s requirements, as ArcadeNetwork is committed to providing very high-grade security and a superior service experience to its target audience.
With ArcadeNetwork pushing for a seamless user experience and smooth transitions from one metaverse to the other, Polygon has emerged as a viable option for meeting the platform-specific requirements.
ArcadeNetwork intends to solve these by building a cross metaverse bridge on Polygon. The bridge however shall be connecting different metaverses running across multiple blockchains. The Arcadenetwork smart contracts sit on the Polygon network, leveraging the security and interchain scalability of the network and helps in the minting of NFTs if required, bringing in NFTs from source metaverses, and deploying them in the destination metaverses. All the transactional data gets stored in blockchain which makes it easy for a gamer or user to track and audit the history of an asset.
About Polygon
Polygon is the first well-structured, easy-to-use platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its core component is Polygon SDK, a modular, flexible framework that supports building and connecting Secured Chains like Optimistic Rollups, zkRollups, Validium, etc, and Standalone Chains like Polygon POS, designed for flexibility and independence. Polygon’s scaling solutions have seen widespread adoption with 500+ Dapps, ~567M+ txns, and ~6M+ daily txns.
