Unique Competition Structure
To help accelerate Solana’s artistic standard, EVO-DAO will use democracy to find the top talent submitted to EVO-DAO’s Art Competition.
After top applicants have been voted on, the public will decide the winner.
Format

- EVO-DAO Members Select Finalists from the Open Pool of Applicants
- Members Vote on Finalists
- The Top Three Finalists Compete for 1st, 2nd, and Third Place via a Charity Auction Off.

There is an enormous pool of talented artists on other crypto-chains and outside of crypto itself.
EVO-DAO has created a scalable competition model that will attract talent beyond the crypto sphere.
⭐️ Adaptable
EVO-DAO has created the necessary infrastructure for a scalable art competition. The application data will be rendered in an image gallery to make it easy for EVO-DAO members to find the talent.
Talented artists interested in joining EVO-DAO can be voted in by members after the competition.
⭐️ Utilitarian
Finalists will have the opportunity to turn their submission into an NFT. They can then list the NFT on marketplaces like Digital Eyes and Magic Eden alongside other top applicants.
If a finalist opts into creating an NFT of their submission, the member who chose them from the open pool will also receive a copy of their NFT.
Charity Auction proceeds will go to the FTX Foundation distributing the funds to non-profits who meet The FTX Foundation’s rigorous standards.
Opportunities for EVO-DAO Members During the Golden Frame
The Gallery
After the application window is closed, anyone who holds an EVO-NFT has the opportunity to select their favorite artwork from the applicant’s Image Gallery.
These selected artworks and their associated artists are the Finalists.
The After Party
All Finalists selected by EVO-DAO members have the option to re-submit a non-watermarked art file and turn it into an NFT.
The EVO-DAO member who selected an artist interested in turning their work into an NFT will also receive a copy of their NFT

After the mint, all Finalist NFT can be listed on Digital Eyes under EVO-Collections alongside other top applicant’s NFTs.
