Monolith Is Hiring Senior Product Manager

Monolith is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Compliance).

This is an exciting role where you, the product, and the company are going to benefit enormously from the work performed. Based on the build-measure-learn paradigm you will be able to act on learnings and feed these into the existing product offering so they can continue to improve on our product offering. This role is fundamental to the growth of the product from a customer perspective as growth benefits the customers as well as benefiting the company.

🔹Role Responsibilities will include:

Work with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
Ability to own a backlog from epics through to stories and owning your roadmap
Knowledge of AMLD5 and other related regs
Knowledge of reporting systems on product usage for stakeholders
Ability to help a team build, measure and learn — so that they can continue to iterate offering

🔹The ideal Candidate will have:

At least 5 years experience as a product manager
Integrating third party systems and working with internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience in a Product Owner/Manager role delivering systems, ideally in an e-commerce/fintech/crypto environment.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, working closely with developers.
Experienced in taking ownership of the product vision, user stories and roadmap.
Experience of working with cross functional teams and working with product owners
