Zenlink Open Source Program

Zenlink announced Zenlink open source program.

The Zenlink open source program is divided into three general steps: blockchain explorer open source, published audit report, and GitHub code open source, which we will follow to implement the Zenlink open source work.

🔸Blockchain Explorer Open Source

First of all, it should be clear that Zenlink DEX Protocol includes Module, EVM, and WASM implementations, so it is flexible and adaptable to be deployed on different parachains, and it can be composed and interoperated with different DeFi modules in a customizable way.

Zenlink DEX is now officially live with Moonriver (EVM Contract) and Bifrost (Module). Of which, since Moonriver is an EVM compatible chain when Zenlink EVM Contract is deployed to the Moonriver network, it should make some necessary information available to the community in Blockchain Explorer (e.g. Etherescan), as most projects built on Ethereum do. It would be beneficial for the community to know more details about the project and increase trust.

🔸Release of Audit Report

Whether a project, especially a DeFi project, has an audit report from a trusted third-party security audit company is also a topic of great interest to the community. In fact, even though the Zenlink team has full confidence in all of its code, we still decided to conduct a code audit.

🔸Github Code Open Source

The final step of the open source program is open-sourcing the Github code, where the Zenlink DEX Module is already open sourced, and we will also open source the Zenlink EVM Contract code repository so that the community can understand Zenlink’s code composition.
