Bitfinex to Support BitTorrent (BTT) Token Swap and Redenomination

Bitfinex will support the upcoming BitTorrent (BTT) token swap and redenomination on 28th January 2022. Trading, deposits, and withdrawals of BTT will be paused from 28/01/22 at 10:30 AM UTC. As all open orders will be canceled at that time, users are reminded to close their BTT positions before this date.

During the token swap, the old BTT (TRC-10) tokens stored on the Bitfinex platform will be converted to the new BTT (TRC-20) tokens and redenominated at a ratio of 1:1000. Bitfinex users do not need to take further action.

Please be advised that Bitfinex will only support BTT (TRC-20) after the migration. Users are advised not to deposit BTT (TRC-10) once the migration is complete.

Trading, deposits and withdrawals of BTT (TRC-20) will resume when the token swap and redenomination are complete. Please refer to our further announcements on the resumption time of these services.
