The decision has been made that Moverse has chosen to set its blockchain foundation on the Polygon POS network.
Firstly, Moverse has worked with related parties to deploy to Polygon. The process has luckily been fostered with the co-operation with Polygon Studios. And Since the process is about to be complete, They are truly humble and grateful to announce to the whole Moverse community that the Polygon POS network will be their home in the coming future with the Testnet and Mainnet to deploy.
What makes Polygon so special?
- A suitable and sustainable network for building DApp: Being one of the most advanced networks on blockchain, Polygon focuses on interoperability and scale, two of the most frequently mentioned issues with the current blockchain technology, especially when considering its layer 1 Etherium. The network has already created an advantage by giving developers a comprehensive set of tools to create and build high-performance, high-scaling blockchain protocols, and a comprehensive DApp as Moverse is. With the help from Polygon Studio, the development work is now much easier for Moverse’s team to realize our objectives.
- A chance to develop our community: Polygon is the first scaling solution that fully supports the Ethereum Virtual Machine, which makes Polygon accessible and simple to use for the massive community on Ethereum. This will play as a strong motivation for any project on Polygon to enlarge its community and bring its service and DApp closers to crypto users
- Great benefits for Moverse’s users: Users of Moverse can benefit from the impressively fast transaction speeds, affordable fees, and great security offered by Polygon POS, which not many other blockchain networks can currently match. In a broader sense, its integration with Polygon will enable NFT developers to issue NFTs on the Polygon network, avoiding the high gas costs and congestion times when minting and trading NFTs, the problems that currently exist on Ethereum, while yet fully utilizing its benefits.
There are many additional reasons why this is an important event, as well as many interesting use cases of Moverse and $MOVE that might be supports on the Polygon network in the future. Lastly, They are convincing that Moverse on Polygon can become something genuinely special.
Polygon is the leading platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. Its growing suite of products offers developers easy access to all major scaling and infrastructure solutions: L2 solutions (ZK Rollups and Optimistic Rollups), sidechains, hybrid solutions, stand-alone and enterprise chains, as well as data availability solutions, and more. Moreover, Polygon’s scaling solutions have seen widespread adoption with 19,000+ decentralized applications hosted, 1.6B+ total transactions processed, ~142M+ unique user addresses, and $5B+ in assets secured.
