THORStarter announced the highly anticipated launch of XRUNE token, as a new RUNE-XRUNE pool on THORChain. 

Community members will need to hold XRUNE to be eligible to participate in IDO funding campaigns — ie, projects which launch on Thorstarter. The XRUNE token will also be a reward token for being an active member of the community. Further information about XRUNE’s utility for IDO participation and governance will be shared in subsequent posts, as will a guide to the XRUNE liquidity mining program.

Guide to Thorstarter XRUNE Public Sale (Strategic).

The sale is public and open for all.

Anyone can participate. You just need the following:

• XDEFI installed
• Native RUNE in your wallet (however much you want to deposit). If you have RUNE on an exchange, send it to the BEP2 address in your XDEFI wallet and convert it, following the steps in this video
• Some ETH to cover transaction gas fees

Please note that all deposit transactions during the THORChain phase of the sale will use RUNE (must be native RUNE).

The above phase will last until the cycle ends, or roughly 2.5 days. After that, the pool will become active on THORChain and swaps will be enabled between RUNE and XRUNE.
