Polygon is excited to announce that Warena, Genesis Builders Fund’s (https://genesisbuilders.fund) first personalized, Play-to-Earn and Metaverse game, will launch Oct 07 2021.

The integration of Polygon’s fully functional, full-stack, community-first narrative into the Warena platform will give gamers fast transactions and low fees via smart contracts that are fully audited and secure on-chain. The integration supports Warena as well for all future developments made on its network.

About Warena

Warena is not your usual NFT game, as it instead combines two current trends: Play-to-Earn and Metaverse. High personalization with the ability to engage and interact with characters from other universes (such as Cat Gunner and Axie Infinity) makes Warena one of the countervailing strategy games to be on the lookout for. Warena will be released over two phases. Phase 1 will take place in Q3 of 2021 and will see the launch of a 2D tower defense game, pitting the player against hordes of oncoming zombies in a Player vs Environment situation.
