Overview of Athos Finance

Athos Finance is the first decentralized delta-one asset protocol on Moonbeam, opening up a new category of assets worth billions on DeFi. In simple words, Athos is an end-to-end synthetic assets (derivatives) infrastructure complete with;

• An issuance protocol for synthetic assets, starting with their over-collateralized stablecoin called athUSD
• A derivatives exchange where synthetic assets can be traded called Athos Exchange
• Single-sided vault for passive yield farming of athUSD with no impermanent loss

Athos IDO Details

The ATHOS IDO will be a capped IDO to ensure fairness for everyone, with a user’s maximum investment cap in accordance to the amount of xSTELLA locked.

• Format: Capped First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS)
• Platform: StellaSwap’s IDO Launchpad
• Funding Amount: $50,000 in USDC
• Tokens Allocated for IDO: 250,000 ATH
• ATH Sale Price: 1 ATH = $0.20 USDC
• Vesting: Unlocks 100% 24 hrs after IDO
• Eligibility Requirements: 1) xSTELLA Lock & 2) KYC

Timeline

• Whitelisting Period: 1 August 14:00 UTC to 4 August 14:00 UTC
• ATH IDO Sale: 5 August 14:00 UTC to 9 August 14:00 UTC
• Claiming Period: Within 24 hours after the end of the sale.
• xSTELLA Unlock: Aug 16 (Early withdrawal incurs fee)

Whitelisting Requirements

In order to be eligible for the Athos IDO, users must ensure that they fulfill the following requirements;

• Lock xSTELLA: The higher the amount of xSTELLA lock the higher the maximum cap. Max cap for any user is $2,500.

• KYC: Users are required to complete KYC in order to be eligible for the IDO sale.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Lock xSTELLA

Once the IDO page is ready, interested users need to lock xSTELLA at the IDO page for the sale. The maximum cap for a user will depend on the amount of xSTELLA locked.

Step 2: Complete KYC

Users will then need to perform KYC with Fractal ID. Nearing to the date of the IDO, we will post a step-by-step guide to help you complete the process.

Note: KYC is completed -> KYC approved

Step 3: Invest

You can participate in the IDO sale starting from 5 August 14:00 UTC to 9 August 14:00 UTC. The IDO sale process would be a first-come-first-serve.

Step 4: Claim ATH Tokens

Within 24 hours, users who were successful in getting an allocation on the IDO would be able to claim their ATH. By then, there will be an ATH-GLMR farms by which users can start trading.

Launchpad Sale Whitelist Lucky Draw

Athos will also run a whitelist lucky draw to celebrate the upcoming launchpad sale.

Participation Period: Now until 28 July 23:59 UTC

Rewards: 3 winners each receiving Tier 1 access (max. $250) into the sale.
