What is Ternoa?

How It Works

Ternoa is a decentralized network, built on Polkadot, that provides secure data transmission. NFTs with extended owner privileges are used as capsules to transmit confidential information across the Ternoa blockchain.

Ternoa uses top decentralized storage providers such as SIA, Arweave and Filecoin to guarantee the long term integrity of the encrypted and segmented data. This long term security is one of the strongest benefits of this project. The durability of a blockchain can guarantee reliable long term storage like no other method in the world.

Ternoa also features an NFT marketplace for custom NFTs. As well as this, there’s a suite of protocols that a user can utilize to send data automatically under predefined parameters. This allows users far more flexibility in how they send their data.

Features include D-Day Protocols that can only be opened at a particular time or Consent Protocols that require a recipient to request access after a certain period of time. There’s also a Death Protocol that will scour APIs of public death records and transmit the data capsule if a certain person is listed as deceased.

These transactions include creation of NFTs, encryption and data storage over time. There will be a total supply of 2.5 billion CAPS .
