Now the date is fixed folks! The new version of the Binance Smart Chain based yield farming ecosystem game “Strainz” will be released on Saturday 29.05.2021.

The upcoming features in the new version 3 are described in the article: “Strainz V3 — new features and changes for yield farming project on Binance Smart Chain”.

This article is about migration to the new version, the most important steps are described here. Also the bug with unharvestable plants will be fixed on the V3 release day.

Wizard that guides you

Upon release, there will be a wizard on the site to walk you through the steps and make sure your migration goes smoothly. This will look something like the following:

1st step:
You will see all the plants you currently have in the Marketplace. These can and must be canceled in this view.

2nd step:
All plants will be watered and harvested.

3rd step:
V2 NFTs are burned, new V3 NFTs are minted and thus your V2 NFTs are formally converted to V3 NFTs.

4th step:
The staked LP tokens are withdrawn from the Strainz Farms and the liquidity from the V2 pools should also be withdrawn via PancakeSwap so that the respective currency is migrated correctly.

5th step:
The SEEDZ and STRAINZ from V2 are burned, then minted to V3 and thus converted to the new version.

6th step:
Liquidity for the new V3 pools can be provided again via PancakeSwap and the LP tokens obtained from this can be staked in the Strainz Farms.

7th step:
All steps have been successfully completed, get a joint and have fun with the V3 of Strainz!

Bug fix for the non-harvestable plants

In order for bugged plants that currently cannot be harvested and watered to return to normal, the watering cost will be reset to 10% on this day. This means that all bugged plants will work again as usual after one harvesting on the release date.

STRAINZ is an BEP-20 Token, which means it can be traded freely on the Binance Smart Chain. They can also be used to buy Strainz on the marketplace and are required for Breeding. Each Strain has a Breeding Cost which you have to pay in order to breed two Strainz with each other.
