CardWallet upcoming IDO final details on OccamRazer
CardWallet is pleased to announce the final details of its upcoming IDO on the OccamRazer platform! As an Occelerator project, CardWallet will launch exclusively on OccamRazer. They are excited to start our IDO, and we are happy to share the following details with you to make your journey as smooth as possible. Let’s start with the basics:
- Start date: 16th August 2021
- Start time: 18:00 PM CEST / 16:00 UTC
- Dual IDO: No
- IDO price: $0.09
- IDO tokens available: 2,777,778
- IDO amount (USD): $250,000
- Duration: 18th August, 18:00 CEST / 16:05 UTC
- Registration opens: 9th August 16:00 UTC
- Registration ends: 15th August 2021 16:00 UTC
CardWallet is happy to support Occam.fi’s CED community rewards mechanism, and so we will be making CED rewards available for those who stake OCC tokens before the deadline. If you’re not yet a member of the Occam.fi community, they suggest you head over to their Telegram, or read their Medium article on CED rewards to learn more. Our CED rewards distribution and cut-off is as follows:
- CED staking deadline cutoff (OCC token): 4 days / 12th August 2021
- CED rewards available: 833,333 CW tokens
Their CED rewards are ~30% of our total IDO raise. CED rewards will be subject to a 3 week lockup before becoming available on the OccamRazer interface.
Users must have passed KYC on the OccamRazer platform and registered for the IDO sale through CardWallet’s IDO card before becoming eligible to participate in the CardWallet IDO. Please monitor this card for further details and instructions on how to participate. Users will be whitelisted according to their tiers and random selection criteria, in keeping with Occam.fi’s participation guidelines.
