the rest $45,000 of IGO allocations will be distributed as follows:
★ Snapshot and Announce the Loyal Rankings before IGO
★ 50% of IGO allocations will be divided to all 5,000 $CHEERS stakers (must stake tokens in the CHEERS Loyalty Governance Pool)
★ 50% of IGO allocations will be divided to top 500 $CHEERS stakers according to the percentage of CHEERS Points.
