Grand Fantasy on Testnet

Grand Fantasy is now live on testnet! Grand Fantasy is the first permissionless fantasy sports platform. Using Polygon, Grand Fantasy is able to offer players low fees and fast payouts. And very excited to help grow the Polygon ecosystem!

Grand Fantasy will be launching during March Madness (NCAA College Basketball Tournament) with a Pick’em contest. Players can pick the outcome of daily games and win big! In order to make Grand Fantasy the best experience possible, we’re running a public testnet! Here’s how you can play for free:

Download MetaMask

If you don’t have a crypto wallet already, MetaMask is an easy browser extension that will give you quick access to Grand Fantasy. You can download MetaMask here.

Get Test Funds

rand Fantasy uses testnet MATIC (fake funds). To get your free testnet MATIC, enter your wallet address on the Polygon faucet, select “Mumbai,” and “claim.” If you have difficulty using the faucet, DM Brendan on Twitter or Discord to have it sent to you directly!

Visit testnet.grandfantasy.io

After verifying you’re eligible to play, select “Switch to Polygon.”

If this is your first time connecting to the Mumbai testnet, you’ll need to “Approve” the network.

Here you can see the details of the contests. You can view the entry fee, prize pool, and the number of teams you need to pick correctly to win. Select “Enter Contest” to join!

Now you can choose who you think will win from each game. Once you’ve lined up all your picks, select “Enter Contest” on the bottom!

At this point, MetaMask will ask you to “confirm” the transaction.

Once your transaction is confirmed, you will be notified. You can now return to the homepage to check your contest status!

If you’d like to review your picks, select “My Contests” and then “View Picks.”

Once the contest is over, return to “My Contests” to see if you’ve won! Winners can select “Claim Winnings” and confirm the transaction to get paid out
