Bit Hotel is a play-to-earn NFT gaming Metaverse where users can earn in-game tokens and/or trade NFTs by playing mini-games and socialising with friends.
Bit Hotel IRO
The Bit Hotel Metaverse includes 5 different types of floor-plan designs and based on the room layout there are 13 options to chose from at the time of writing. One section of the hotel consists of 5 floors and every floor has a different distribution of room designs. The hotel is divided in to 10 sections of different rarity and collectibility, hence 50 floors.

Each room is a digital piece of real estate in the Bit Hotel Metaverse and is a unique token on the Binance Smart Chain.
What can you do in your room(s)?
- play-to-earn room mechanics: you can store, use and exhibit furniture purchased in the Bit Hotel marketplace in your room. Furniture enables you or your guests/ renters to earn and win tokens. You are also able to design and create your own mini-games and offer prizes to other guests in the hotel.
- rent out your room: you can rent out your room to other users to generate passive income.
- amplify all your earnings: each room has different rarities that offer both staking multipliers and earning multipliers. The larger your room is the more furniture you can fit in it which increases the value of your room. Therefore, the larger your room the more rent you can charge for it.
- governance: each room will entitle you to voting rights and influence on the development of Bit Hotel and grant you access to exclusive in-metaverse IDOs (allocation amount will be determined by the amount and rarity of the Bit Hotel assets you hold).
The following rooms will be available for sale:
- Two person room — 24 available — $500
- Family room — 24 available — $600
- Starter studio — 16 available — $1,000
- Comfortable studio — 12 available — $2,000
- Extravagant studio — 20 available — $3,000
During the sale, Gamers will be able to purchase a maximum of 3 rooms.
How to participate in the sale?
If you have staked a min of 100 $GAMER tokens then you will be able to participate in the IRO. The sale will be on a FCFS basis and each Gamer will be allowed to purchase a maximum of 3 rooms.
Stake single $GAMER tokens in the MANTRA DAO staking contract (polygon network) to participate. When staking you will receive sGAMER tokens.

A snapshot to whitelist winners will take place on Tuesday, February 22nd at 23:59 UTC. The sale will occur on Wednesday, February 23rd at 16:00 UTC.
The room NFTs will be airdropped on February 26th at 04:00 UTC.
