The Story
In a not-so-distant future, Cyber City has dominated the planet. The world is now run by various corporations, controlling its wealth and limited resources. This situation has left the city’s inhabitants in dire existence causing the streets to become ugly, cruel, and full of danger. It is an environment where only those with wits and power can survive and claw their way out.
The Gameplay
In Cyber City, players get to choose and play as any of the game’s cool looking characters and explore a dystopian cyberpunk neo-Tokyo-styled world set in the future. The game itself is all about battling for resources. Players can only progress the story by gathering resources. However, some of these resources are limited, forcing players to trade or fight for them.
In Cyber City, there are also City Blocks. It is an NFT that serves as a territory with fixed coordinates in Cyber City. It serves not only as a base for players and their characters but also as a farm that passively earns CYBR tokens, which is the core in-game currency. Thus, players have to upgrade and develop their blocks as they defend it from attackers or attack other blocks for resources.
