Netvrk Virtual Land Sale Phase 2!
Netvrk is excited to announce Phase 2 of our Virtual Land Sale! They are very happy to report the resounding success of the first phase of the Presale, well exceeding their initial expectations. They will share the detailed results as soon as the sale is over, including over 1 MILLION $NTVRK tokens being taken out of circulation, with a total raise of over $2.4 MILLION!
They’re very happy for their growing community, as the $NTVRK token continues to see expanding utility and use, and as the Netvrk Metaverse takes shape. The Virtual Land Sale is the first step in giving the community a stake in the Netvrk Metaverse. In addition to governance being based on land ownership, additional land utilities are being revealed. These include revenue sharing, granting land owners a share of all revenue generated by the Netvrk Marketplace. As you can imagine, this is a big step in our overall Play to Earn model, and giving landowners a larger role in the overall Netvrk ecosystem, one of many ways to capitalize.

What is Virtual Land?
Virtual Land is represented as a non-fungible token (NFT) ERC-721, with each parcel being unique and representing a specific parcel on the Netvrk Map. As a decentralized asset, virtual land can be bought, held, or sold at anytime by the user, without any outside interference by a third party.
Virtual Land in Netvrk offers users the opportunity to own a digital asset, free of interference. Virtual Land will be a limited, scarce asset, that can be traded in the Netvrk Marketplace, as well as third party marketplaces such as OpenSea.io.
Virtual Land Utility
Land enables users to have a virtual presence in the Netvrk metaverse. Virtual Land is the basis of users building and deploying assets, and NFTs, created and imported via the Netvrk Sandbox Editor.
Land will be limited to a set number of parcels consisting of Standard, Medium, Large, Giant, and Epic. For the Land Presale, only Standard, Medium, and Large will be available to purchase.

As an owner of virtual land in Netvrk, you have full rights to your land. You can hold, sell or rent your land, without the need for a central authority. Virtual land can be bought and sold privately, on the Netvrk Marketplace, or via third party marketplaces (i.e. OpenSea.io).
As the Netvrk metaverse develops, virtual land will serve as a base for users, to create, build, and deploy everything from storefronts for e-commerce, to self made games, as well as interactive and educational experiences.
Land ownership will also be used as part of the governance model for Netvrk, giving a voice and governance rights to stakeholders. As a free and open society, Netvrk believes the community serves an important role in shaping the virtual world and future.
